Accounts Administrator Location: Lisburn Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working with an excellent company based in the Lisburn area seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their busy accounts team. This role is integral to the efficient operation of our financial processes, supporting management by handling a variety of tasks from processing invoices to running financial reports. Day-to-day of the role: Process purchase and sales invoices efficiently. Handle VAT calculations and invoicing of deliveries. Manage payments to suppliers and process other financial transactions. Reconcile bank accounts, cheque journals, and cash receipts. Run month-end and year-end financial reports. Manage year-end debtors and process and raise sales orders. Perform general office administration tasks to support the accounts team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a busy accounts team. Strong IT skills and proficiency in using integrated accounting packages. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands within a dynamic business environment.
