The Communications & Marketing Assistant will support the wider communications, marketing and brand teams in support of employee engagement internally and protecting our brand externally. This is an important and varied role suited to a creative, enthusiastic and ambitious individual with a keen interest in marketing and communications, with aspirations to develop a career in this profession.
Responsibilities
* Help to deliver communications plans
* Assist with internal and external communication activity and content, such as newsletters, social media posts, intranet updates, and videos
* Support the graphic design lead with requests including social media graphics, video editing, side decks, and editing of PDFs
* Support with website administration, including fixing broken links, making basic content updates and managing service tickets
* Maintain the administration of contact databases, distribution lists, communication tools and other relevant systems
* Keep track of projects
* Assist with event planning and delivery
* Work with colleagues across different teams
* Monitor campaign effectiveness
* Support with research, data and insights to inform effective communication plans
