An established and award-winning accountancy practice is hiring a Outsourced Business Services Senior to join their team in Woking. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounts professional to step into a client-facing role, working with a dynamic and growing portfolio of businesses across a wide range of sectors.

The Role
As a Senior in the Outsourced Business Services team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality accounts and advisory service to clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting junior staff, while managing a variety of technical and advisory work.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing statutory accounts in accordance with UK GAAP
* Managing client relationships and coordinating services across tax, payroll, HR, and company secretarial functions
* Supervising, mentoring and reviewing work of junior team members
* Supporting business development and cross-selling opportunities
* Liaising with third parties and maintaining a high level of client service
* Contributing to the firm’s advisory offering and developing a value-led mindset
About You
We’re looking for someone confident, collaborative, and technically strong, who thrives in a supportive yet fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:
* ACA / ACCA / CA qualification, or AAT qualified with 4+ years’ practice experience
* Experience preparing accounts within an accountancy practice
* Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and core accounting concepts
* Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
* A proactive mindset and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
* Strong Excel and general IT skills; experience with cloud-based systems advantageous
* A positive, team-oriented attitude with the confidence to support and mentor junior staff
