Kilbryde Medical Practice have a great opportunity for the right candidate(s) to join our small, very friendly practice based in the Hunter Health Centre, East Kilbride.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated, reliable and as we are a small practice you must be flexible to cover varying work pattern, sickness and holidays.
All applicants must be self - motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role preferably in general practice or a similar healthcare environment or be able to demonstrate they have relevant skills for the role.
Experience working with Vision, Docman and all Microsoft Office Applications are highly desirable, however full training will be given.
In this role the successful applicant will deal with incoming calls, patient requests including prescriptions, appointment's, results, clinical data and general enquiries, scan /workflow patient information into the clinical systems and website correspondence
The posts are Part Time, hours negotiable covering over 5 days.
