We are a well-established practice based in Peterborough and are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly Client Care Advisor, who wants to be part of a welcoming and vibrant team.
The role is 18-25 hours per week, working Thursday to Saturday.
What your typical day will look like;
Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team.
Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.
Your great client service during a client’s visit will make sure that their absolute satisfaction is given, and that the client leaves knowing that they have received exceptional service and look forward to their next visit. You will greet each client and offer support, guidance and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently.
Coordinating the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the practice will be done using our online booking system, so computer literacy is a must.
Person Specification
1. We want you to enjoy talking easily to our clients, coming across very friendly and talkative. Greeting them in the same way you’d would expect for your own pet.
2. We’d also like you to be empathetic and feel at ease comforting people in difficult or sensitive situations.
3. You must be able to learn super quick as the day is often over before you can blink.
4. You also must have superpowers when it comes to multi-tasking and be able to work well with the world on your shoulders, this position is not for those who cannot work under pressure due to it being a busy practice with plans for further expansions.
5. It is imperative you can use your initiative, be proactive and most importantly support your team at all times.
6. It is also required for you to work with minimal or no support at times.
7. The candidate must demonstrate ability of excellent time management.
8. We expect flexibility in your role to help team members and has ability to communicate well with team and clients.

10. You are able to provide guidance by keeping yourself fully up-to-speed with the practice services and any additional services available.

14. You can deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit to the vet.
15. Your personality is infectious and along with your fellow colleagues, you create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
