Contract Manager / advisor - £110k plus benefits - Permanent
Key accountabilities:
* Management and interpretation of contractual clauses between SE and Client(s).
* Monitoring with Project Director/Manager all the contractual milestones and related payments.
* Serve as the point of contact for Client on contractual matters.
* Ensure active management of all Variations and Invoicing on the project
* Advise Project Director/Manager on any aspect of the Project execution which deviates from the requirements of the Contract.
* Manage contractual and commercial risks on the project to ensure risks are identified early and either eliminated or managed appropriately by the PMT
* Claims' management, incluing insurance and arbitration claims
* Administrate all contractual correspondence between Client and PMT according to project management correspondence guidelines.
* Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
* Establishes the milestones completion notices, collects the necessary back up to allow invoicing providing Finance and Control functions with this documentation.
* Develops and implements all relevant project management Contractual and Commercial procedures
* Ensure all responsibilities are executed in strict compliance with relevant SE policies, processes and procedures and in accordance with SE Values.
