Location: The Cedars, Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 08:00 – 20:00 (Days)
Working Pattern: Weekend on / Weekend off

Embrace the challenge of ensuring our residents receive top-notch care consistently. Collaborating closely with the Deputy Manager, you’ll oversee shifts, manage staff assignments, conduct medication procedures, complete care assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Your dynamic leadership will play a key role in uplifting the spirits and well-being of our residents while fostering a culture of success, teamwork, and compassion within our care team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Leading and supervising the care team during shifts
2. Supporting the Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the home
3. Administering and overseeing medication procedures
4. Conducting care assessments and ensuring care plans are up to date
5. Allocating staff duties and ensuring high standards of care
6. Promoting dignity, independence, and well-being for residents
7. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standards
Requirements
8. Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (essential)
9. Previous experience in a senior care or leadership role
10. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
11. Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
12. A positive, proactive approach to teamwork
