Key responsibilities: Volume screening of candidates applications through the Applicant Tracking System Conducting telephone screening/interviews Booking and confirming interviews Tracking candidates through the selection process Collaborating with our Employment & Skills team to support candidates facing job barriers Sourcing candidates from leading job boards Handling general queries via calls and emails What were looking for: Strong customer service passion Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Enthusiastic team player Proficient IT skills and quick learner Good listening and problem-solving abilities These temporary roles could lead to further opportunities within our large team.
