We will deliver the HMPPS Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) programme in the East and Southeast of England.
Job Opportunity: Hub Host
We are recruiting for a Hub Host to be the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, both in person and via telephone. Responsibilities include site administration, managing referrals and bookings, petty cash, feedback collection, security monitoring, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The role also involves maintaining a welcoming hub environment and preparing meeting rooms for bookings.
Enhanced vetting checks will be conducted.
The position is based at our Southampton hub.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in a customer-focused environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients with a professional telephone manner.
* Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to task prioritization and daily operations.
* Competence in using office systems for managing referrals and compliance records.
* Initiative, adaptability, a drive for continuous improvement, and a passion aligned with our charitable aims.
