As a Freelance Digital Talent Agent, you will play a pivotal role in representing and advancing the careers of client. Leveraging your industry knowledge, network of contacts, and negotiation skills, you'll collaborate with clients and industry professionals to secure opportunities and drive success.
What you will be working on? - Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned talent, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and communication.
* Develop and execute personalized career strategies for each client, focusing on their individual goals, strengths, and aspirations in the broadcast and entertainment industry.
* Provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, and support to talent, helping them navigate career decisions, opportunities, and challenges.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including producers, directors, casting agents, and executives, to identify new opportunities for talent.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote talent representation services and stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
* Negotiate contracts, deals, and agreements on behalf of talent, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with their career objectives and values.
Requirements
* Proven experience in talent management, talent agency, or entertainment industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to advocate for clients and build rapport with industry professionals.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
