The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
A welcoming mainstream secondary school in the London Borough of Harrow is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their specialist SEN Unit.
You will:

Support students with ASD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties

Deliver structured 1:1 and small group support
*
Assist with behaviour support plans and emotional regulation strategies
*
Adapt classroom resources to meet individual needs
*
Liaise with teaching staff and the SENCO to monitor student progress
The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and confident supporting students who may require additional behavioural and emotional guidance.
