Package Salary from 30,000 - 35,000 23 days paid holiday Bank holidays Pension Scheme 2nd Line Support Engineer / Second Line Support Engineer Responsibilities: Managing deployment and administration of Microsoft 365 Product components (e.g. Azure, Intune/Endpoint, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Groups). Administration, support, and configuration of Microsoft 365 for our customers. Supporting their Service Desk functions, and dealing with customer tickets proactively and within the agreed SLA. Ensuring the operational health of their Microsoft 365 environments; and some on-premises environments; including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability. Build out the configuration and manage the rollout of corporate systems, including Microsoft Endpoint for device management. 2nd Line Support Engineer / Second Line Support Engineer Requirements: First-hand administration and implementation experience with Microsoft 365 platform. Solid problem-solving approach, using a mixture of customer-facing and technical skills. Ability to interact well with customer employees, directors, and suppliers to deliver a solid, trusted and solution focussed response. A driving license would be preferred, but is not essential.
