A leading Law firm based in Basingstoke is currently recruiting for a Secretary / Legal Assistant to join their team on a full time basis. Ideally with a background in Litigation ( but not essential) the ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a proven track record in supporting legal professionals in a busy, high-standard environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide dedicated administrative support to the Litigation Team Ensure efficient file compliance, document production, and comprehensive file organisation Produce high-quality court bundles and other essential legal documents Maintain a high standard of accuracy in typing and document preparation Understand and apply the appropriate style and format of statements of case Perform audio-typing tasks Operate within a case management system to organize and monitor case progress.
