You'll play a vital role in ensuring customer invoices are generated accurately and on time, making you an essential part of the organisations financial success. ~Please note, this position is 3 months FTC with possibility of becoming a permanent member of staff. ~ Pay: £25-30k DOE Location: Duncrue, Belfast Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Responsibilities: Prepare and issue invoices aligned with contract terms Upload product and pricing data to ERP (NAV) Maintain billing records and schedules Resolve pricing discrepancies and respond to queries Support reporting and month-end processes Requirements: Experience in billing, finance admin, or accounts receivable Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (NAV preferred) Team player with solid communication skills Please send CV's to be considered.
