Owner Managed Business / Corporate Tax Manager
Corporate Tax Manager – Owner-Managed Businesses – London or Thames Valley
We are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager with a passion for supporting owner-managed businesses. Based in London or the Thames Valley, you will work closely with entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and scale-ups to deliver practical and strategic tax advice.
Key Responsibilities:
•Managing the end-to-end tax compliance process for a portfolio of OMBs
•Advising on company sales, acquisitions, share schemes, and succession planning
•Building close, advisory-driven relationships with clients
•Leading a small team and contributing to technical training
•Involvement in networking and business development initiatives
Requirements:
•CTA/ACA qualified with strong corporate tax experience
•Experience advising OMBs or SMEs on a range of tax issues
•Strong interpersonal and commercial awareness
•Comfortable taking initiative and leading client conversations
