Based on the outskirts of Birmingham, the business specialises in delivering high-quality, technically complex M&E installations, primarily within mission-critical environments. The Projects Division currently delivers an annual turnover of approximately £2-£4 million, with individual project values typically ranging from £50,000 to £250,000. Projects commonly involve high-dependency technical upgrades such as UPS systems, generators, and chiller replacements. The Project Manager will take full ownership of projects from mobilisation through to final handover, working closely with a small, experienced delivery team. The role covers all aspects of project execution, including planning, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and completion documentation.
