We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader in our Emergency Department at South Warwickshire University Foundation Trust. This is a great opportunity to work within our Emergency Department regularly recognised nationally for our high performance and innovative practice to successfully reduce patient waiting times. We are looking for a Band 6 leader to join our team to contribute towards our achievements and ensure safe and effective patient care. You will be expected to drive, deliver and develop best practice; you need to be motivated to aim for excellent care for all at all times.

A minimum of two years A&E experience is essential, along with a willingness to further develop your clinical and leadership skills. The post holder will contribute to the development of the Emergency Department team and support the Head of Nursing and Clinical Lead Nurse in the delivery of a consistently high quality and cost effective service.
