Job Type: Full-Time - 18 month FTC
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling products from PCB level through to sub-assembly and final unit production, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining the high-quality standards of our products and requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail.
If you join you will :
1. Assemble product components from PCB level to final unit build, following detailed engineering drawings.
2. Work with wiring schedules and utilize appropriate meters to verify assembled work.
3. Identify and report any specification or design errors to relevant personnel, including Cell Coordinators, Departmental Managers, or the Production Engineering team.
4. Ensure all activities comply with quality system procedures and recommended timeframes within the Company ERP system.
5. Raise non-conformance reports (e.g., Observation Reports, Engineering Change Requests) in line with quality system requirements.
6. Foster effective collaboration with various departments (Production Engineering, Stores, Quality, etc.) to resolve assembly-related issues efficiently.
