This newly shaped position sits between the senior legal team and a group of four Paralegals, offering the ideal next step for someone who wants to develop leadership skills without formal line management duties. The Role This post offers a split between progressing your own property caseload and supervising the work of Paralegals. The organisation has recently introduced a new supervision and checklist process, and you will play a key part in embedding and refining this approach day to day. You will not be completing appraisals or handling HR matters; instead, your focus will be on quality assurance, technical guidance and helping junior colleagues develop confidence in their work.
