The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, data-driven, and innovative Marketing Executive to manage our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is proficient at working to tight deadlines within a fast-paced in-house marketing team, while effectively conveying their passion for digital marketing and financial services.
Responsibilities
1. Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
2. Optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (including SEO, paid media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and content marketing).
3. Regularly create and manage content for digital platforms, including website and blogs.
4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and platforms.
7. Track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
8. Ensure all digital marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
You will need:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven working experience in digital marketing.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, Google Ads, and Meta Ads).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
7. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

1. Experience in the financial services industry.
2. Familiarity with content marketing and SEO best practices.
3. Knowledge of digital advertising and analytics tools.
4. Certification in relevant courses or programs (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
