Our prestigious client is looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Manager to join their high-performing leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to shape success, inspire a team, and make a significant impact in a well-established, fast-moving business.
Responsibilities
1. Lead from the front – manage your own accounts while inspiring multiple sales teams.
2. Grow key relationships – nurture and develop existing customers to maximize opportunities and revenue.
3. Win new business – generate leads, support project wins, and secure new trading accounts.
4. Deliver results – meet and exceed targets for turnover and gross profit, earning substantial bonuses.
5. Collaborate at a senior level – work with Directors on strategy, planning, and customer development.
6. Enhance the company's reputation – promote the brand through excellent service, trust, and professionalism.
7. Stay ahead – maintain product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and innovations.
