Role Overview
Become an expert in leadership. From port operations to bomb disposals, the work our Royal Logistics Corp Officers do is integral to every operation. Commanding a team of up to 80 soldiers, you’ll become an expert in leadership and management, and gain valuable qualifications along the way, such as a Post Graduate Certificate in Conflict and Leadership studies or a BSc (Hons) in Logistics Management. You’ll be prepared for everything, from tactical and strategic operations to humanitarian relief operations and military deployments.

Qualifications
To qualify, you must be between 17 years 9 months and 28 years 11 months. You’ll need 72 UCAS points from at least two A-level passes and 35 ALIS points at GCSE (34 for SCEs) from seven GCSE/SCE subjects (including Grade C in English, Maths and a science or a foreign language). You’ll also need to pass a basic fitness test.

Responsibilities
As an entry-level Officer, you’ll start your career in a position of management, commanding responsibility for your team of soldiers. You don’t need any experience to apply – through world‑class training at the Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst, you’ll develop the transferrable leadership skills and qualifications you need to motivate and support your team.
