The Role You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, guiding them from strategy to measurable results. One day you’re mapping audiences and budgets; the next you’re on a client call walking a CMO through performance insights. You’ll work directly with the client, our Head of Ad Operations, and our Head of Strategy - plenty of autonomy, but always part of a tight team of specialists. What you'll do Plan, build, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns (lead forms, conversation ads, document ads, video, the works) with spends from ~$30k–$200k /mo. Report and advise - turn raw numbers into clear actions for clients in weekly or bi-weekly calls. Translate strategy into execution alongside the Head of Ad Ops and Head of Strategy. Run structured tests on audiences, creative, and bidding to keep results moving forward. Coach clients on creative, content, and measurement so they look like heroes internally. What you'll bring to the table 4 years managing multiple B2B SaaS LinkedIn Ads accounts. Proven success driving qualified pipeline via lead-gen campaigns - and the chops to manage reach, engagement, and brand-lift objectives when those matter more. Client-facing confidence: you can explain why a CPL ticked up and what you’re doing about it - minus the jargon. Fluent English, written and spoken. Organized, resourceful, creative and data-driven.
