The Role
The Customer Support Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in facilitating effective communication with residents of diverse backgrounds during construction projects. The job requires proactive engagement with numerous properties; candidates must possess a valid driver’s licence and be comfortable with extensive driving throughout the day. The role is based in Ashford, Sittingbourne, Faversham, Isle of Sheppey, Horsham, Redhill and sometimes Brighton.
Main Duties
* Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in works, changing/adding works and resolving issues
* Dealing with residents' complaints and issues, either via email, phone, or visits to their home
* Collecting KPIs upon work completion, and logging the results
* Arranging appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary
* Building good relationships with the residents
* Driving licence is essential
* Strong face-to-face customer service experience
* Good communicator, both oral and written
* Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents
* Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
* Basic IT knowledge
Package
* Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 per annum, based on experience.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
* Holidays: 21 days of holiday + bank holidays + birthday day off. Christmas closure.
* Company car (tracked) and fuel card for business use.
* Company branded uniform, PPE, Work Phone, iPad.
Additional Information
* DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the company's expense
* As part of the interview process you will be required to complete an aptitude test
* Nine-month probationary period
