We would welcome an experienced Social Work manager to join the Adult Social Work team on the Isle of Bute.

The Social Work team are part of an integrated Community care Team based at Union Street Offices in Rothesay.
The Team Manager will manage the social work practitioners and should have experience in care management as well as statutory work; Adult Protection and Adults with Incapacity requirements. The Manager will be required to work closely with Health practitioners and to contribute to MDT meetings, including the screening and allocation of work to the social work team.
A recognised SW qualification and evidenced experience of leading a team is required for the post.
