Are you a patient and dedicated individual looking to provide one-to-one support for pupils who need extra guidance? Protocol Education is seeking 1:1 Support Assistants to work in Merstham schools, helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or SEMH needs
* Assisting with classroom activities to ensure pupils can access the curriculum
* Supporting emotional regulation, social development, and confidence building
* Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents to implement personalised learning plans
What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or SEMH needs (school, care, or community settings)
* A caring, adaptable, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commitment to helping children achieve their full potential
