The Role
We are seeking Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our visiting care team. Our mission is simple: to deliver the kind of care we'd want for our own loved ones, helping people stay safe and happy in their homes.
We offer Full-time and Part-time hours to suit your lifestyle, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Your Skills & Our Support
No prior care experience is necessary. If you possess kindness, empathy, and share our core values—Trust, Compassion, Respect, and Knowledge—we will provide full, comprehensive training.
As a Visiting Care Assistant, you will:
* Provide personalised care during home visits (minimum 1 hour per call).
* Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and companionship.
* Support mobility and transport clients to appointments or errands.
* Note: You must be a driver with a car as our clients live in rural areas.

Essential Requirements
* Driver with own car: Essential due to rural locations.
* Availability: Flexible to work at least one of the following shifts: 07:00–15:00, 16:00–22:00, or 18:00–22:00.
* Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK (No Visa Sponsorship available).
* All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
