In this role you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support your team in achieving shared goals. How you'll make an impact Manage your own caseload, working to recover clients’ losses as swiftly as possible. Open claims, conduct initial enquiries, and negotiate settlements with third parties. Use attention to detail to ensure compliance with office protocols and client service agreements. Maintain accurate records and meet key performance indicators. About You We’re looking for someone who’s self-motivated, organised, and a great communicator. 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths at grade C or above. Experience in travel liability recovery within legal, insurance, or claims management. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with your team. A flexible approach to unexpected situations, including working extra hours when needed.
