Practice Education Lead Band 7 £50,861 - £59,159 (pro rata) plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,406 (pro rata) Permanent Contract 14.8 hrs per week An opportunity has arisen to take a lead role in supporting the practice education needs of the AHP workforce across NHS Western Isles. We are looking for an individual with enthusiasm and passion for practice education who is able to take a flexible and proactive approach. You will be an HCPC registered AHP with experience in practice-based learning and a proven record of influencing, improving and innovation. The postholder will be based in the Western Isles and provide support and facilitation for the development of the workplace as a sustainable quality learning environment for registered AHPs, pre-registration students, support workers and people returning to practice across the Western Isles. In addition, the post holder will contribute to the development and implementation of national practice education programmes of work and the following workstreams: AHP careers; practice-based learning; supporting staff health and well-being; workforce development.
