OVERALL SUMMARY
As an Investor Support Executive, you will be responsible for dealing with client queries through various channels and administering their accounts. You will work as part of an energetic, professional, and friendly team that primarily provides dedicated support to Direct clients—online clients who do not receive ongoing advice and are confident in making their own investment decisions. You are expected to deliver first-class customer service at all times. This role requires shift work from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle inbound and outbound client contact via email, online messaging, and post.
* Ensure enquiries and requests are addressed within set SLAs.
* Manage documentation by scanning, saving, and archiving in accordance with department procedures.
* Become a specialist in using and assisting clients and staff with our digital assets, including our online investment portal, mobile app, and website research resources.
* Represent Direct clients by collaborating with other teams to deliver efficient and effective service.
* Build rapport with clients, keep them informed, and assist with their needs using your initiative.
* Perform general ad-hoc duties as required and as assigned by the Investor Support Team Manager.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure operational efficiency and a cohesive client experience.
* Suggest service improvements to enhance consistency, quality, and efficiency.
* Consider client feedback in decision-making to ensure the service meets client needs.
* Keep your line manager informed of issues affecting performance and service development, and proactively suggest solutions.
* Manage your workload to meet SLA targets.
* Maintain knowledge of team procedures and suggest improvements where possible.
