Payroll & Finance Officer
Salary: £30,500 – £35,100 per annum (DOE)
Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

We're looking for a detail-driven, proactive Payroll & Finance Officer to join our values-led Trust. You'll ensure our people are paid accurately and on time, keep our finances in perfect order, and support smooth day-to-day operations.
What you'll do:
* Manage end-to-end payroll with accuracy and confidentiality
* Oversee purchase/sales ledger, banking, reconciliations & credit control
* Support financial reporting, month/year-end, and audits
* Assist with system updates and process improvements
* Deputise for the Finance Manager when needed
What we're looking for:
* Payroll/Finance qualification + 5 years' experience (or qualified by experience with proof of CPD)
* Experience with end-to-end payroll & complex queries
* Strong numeracy, IT (including Excel), and organisational skills
* A team player who can work independently and meet deadlines
