We’re working with a renowned London-based property group celebrated for curating one of the capital’s most sought-after destinations. As the business continues to grow, their Marketing & Communications team plays a pivotal role in shaping how the destination is experienced, locally and globally.
The Marketing & Communications Team Coordinator will work across all aspects of brand marketing, events, and stakeholder engagement. It’s a varied and hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited by the buzz of a fast-paced calendar of high-profile events.
This role would suit someone with an Admin background looking to make their first move into Marketing, or a junior Marketer with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Role Highlights
The Marketing & Communications Team Coordinator will…
– Deliver logistics and coordination for flagship events including large scale summer events, B2B forums and Christmas campaigns.
– Maintain marketing channels including websites, social media, newsletters and email campaigns
– Lead on smaller internal events such as team away days and the annual Christmas event
– Liaise with stakeholders, retailers and external suppliers to ensure seamless campaign delivery
– Keep marketing materials, branded merchandise and internal comms up to date and aligned
You Will Need
– 3+ years’ experience in an admin role or marketing and communications role, ideally with event exposure
– Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with a good eye for visual consistency
– Email marketing experience (e.g., Mailchimp, Dotdigital) and CRM exposure
– Excellent attention to detail, multitasking skills and stakeholder confidence
– A proactive, collaborative mindset and interest in sustainability and community
