What's involved with this role: Temporary PT Fleet Administrator – Resources Job Ref: VLA 5248440 Pay Rate: £11.96 per hour PAYE Hours per week: 16 Tuesday and Wednesday, 8.30am to 5pm Role Length: This opening assignment is for 1-2 months City: Cannock, Staffordshire The purpose of the role is to assist in the gathering of data from various sources and updating the fleet management system. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the distribution of management information reports. Providing customer support on fleet system queries and workflows Working with large data sets. Develop your skills in IT and data analysis. Effective record keeping, filing and updating KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Ensure all documentation required by DVSA, DVLA and all other regulatory bodies is held and up to date at all times. Produce timely and accurate internal reports as agreed with line manager. Deal with all customer contact effectively, and courteously, in line with policies and procedures. Maintain manual and computerised systems including inputting data and keeping records.
