Parts Advisor
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established, family-owned business, near their Ely branch. This role involves providing parts support to retail, account, and workshop customers while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key duties include:
Selling parts and processing orders and invoices
Supporting workshop and trade counter enquiries
Managing stock, deliveries, and warehouse organisation
Maintaining customer relationships and promoting offers
Completing stock checks and using parts/IBCOS systems
Occasional deliveries and equipment sales/installation
General warehouse duties (some heavy lifting required; forklift experience beneficial)What’s on offer:
