Are you ready to lead and inspire the next generation of learners in Maths? We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Curriculum Manager (SCM) to take ownership of our Maths provision at the Ardleigh Green Campus.
About the Role
As Senior Curriculum Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the curriculum, driving up standards, and ensuring an outstanding student experience. Reporting to the Deputy Group Curriculum Director, you will:
1. Lead and manage Maths courses and operational delivery within the Directorate.
2. Teach between 288–400 hours per year, with flexibility to support across campuses.
3. Carry out line-management duties, including staff development, performance reviews, and classroom observations.
4. Support curriculum innovation, quality assurance, and student progress.
5. Deputise for the Deputy Group Curriculum Director when required.

6. Qualified: Hold a relevant degree or professional qualification in Maths or a related subject, and ideally a recognised teaching qualification.
7. Experienced: Have substantial teaching experience and a strong understanding of curriculum development, quality assurance, and student engagement.

9. Strategic & Organised: Skilled in planning, budgeting, and using data to drive improvements.
