Location: Hybrid - Home Working & 2/3 days in the office in Farnborough
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proficient and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team for an exciting assignment with one of our industry - leading corporate client within the automotive sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on-site (and remotely) with a global organisation, contributing to key projects and initiatives that drive corporate business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to actionable recommendations and implementation plans
* Conduct data analysis, research, and process assessments
* Support project management and change management activities
* Prepare reports, presentations and deliverables
* Support ad-hoc task and events
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internally and externally) to ensure successful project outcomes
About you:
Requirements:
* [0-2] years of experience in consulting, strategy, or relevant corporate roles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Proven ability to adapt quickly and work independently in dynamic environments
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Professional Products
* Advanced Excel Proficiency
* Previous experience working with multinational corporations
* Sector-specific expertise (Automotive)
Qualifications / Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
