The Social Sustainability Reporting Partner is a development role within the Social Sustainability team, designed to build capability in measuring, tracking and reporting social sustainability activity across the business. Working closely with the Head of Social Sustainability and Social Sustainability Managers, the role will learn how commitments are shaped, measured, assured and communicated within a large, complex organisation. This will be home based role with occasional travel where needed. Job Responsibilities: Support and progressively take ownership of the business approach to measuring, tracking and reporting social sustainability activity. Support the development and maintenance of clear processes for capturing, validating and verifying information recorded locally by teams. Support the assurance that data and evidence are accurate, traceable and audit ready. Produce regular reports for leadership, customers and partners. Support the tracking and monitoring of social sustainability commitments made through contracts, bids and tenders, escalating risks where required. Maintain clear records of commitments, owners, timescales and reporting requirements. Work with teams across the business to ensure commitments are progressed, evidenced and measured. Support the planning and development of social sustainability content for bids and tenders, with increasing responsibility as experience develops. Shape what is included, why it matters and how it is evidenced. Write clear, compelling content grounded in agreed data and insight. Ensure alignment with PPN 002, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, Social Value Portal TOMs and MeasureUp. Ensure content is submission ready, approved by leadership and fit for purpose. To succeed in the role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours: Degree level qualification or equivalent experience, ideally in social sciences, sustainability, business, economics or a related field. Strong written communication skills. Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment. Desirable Awareness of public sector procurement or regulated environments. Awareness of PPN 002, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, Social Value Portal TOMs and MeasureUp. Exposure to Community Needs Assessments or place based planning.
