Purpose of the Job We are seeking a highly organized, creatively driven and results-oriented Creative Producer to join our dynamic “in-house” team supporting a flagship client in the technology retail sector. Our client’s Platforms & Devices Team brings their hardware devices to life, in both physical and online retail environments. They’re a dynamic & focused team, whose mission is to positively influence how people discover, explore and understand their products. This is a key role embedded within our Central Production Hub (CPH) - a dedicated team of skilled producers, project managers and designers. The CPH operates directly within the client's organization, focused on delivery of a high-volume of high-quality marketing assets across all channels for regional and local teams. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end creative production process for all digital and performance marketing channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and optimized for maximum impact. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, creative best practices for digital platforms (especially paid social, display and search) and a proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client site(s) and home as necessary. Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Performance Optimization Creative Testing Expertise - Implement and manage a rigorous creative testing roadmap in collaboration with Performance Marketing, focusing on iterative testing and optimization of high-performing elements (hooks, calls-to-action, formats, messaging) Performance Insight Translation - Monitor campaign performance data (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and translate these quantitative insights into specific, actionable feedback and direction for the creative team to inform future asset creation Best Practice Adherence - Stay current with the latest platform Ad specifications, creative trends and algorithm updates across major digital media channels (eg Meta, TikTok, Google), ensuring all creative output adheres to best practices for maximizing performance Format Innovation - Drive the exploration and testing of new ad formats (eg vertical video, interactive ads, dynamic creative optimization) to maintain campaign freshness and competitive advantage Communication & Project Management Stakeholder Coordination - Act as the client’s main point of contact for Digital Marketing Creative Production (ensuring you have oversight of all live projects and are able to provide status updates at any point), also maintain communication with the internal production team and work closely with external agency partners Timeline & Budget Management - Develop detailed project timelines and production budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks or roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery of all assets across various channels Creative Production & Project Management Lead Production Lifecycle - Own the entire creative production workflow from brief reception, resource allocation, concepting, execution, legal review, asset delivery and post-launch analysis for all performance-driven digital advertising Brief Development & Intake - Work closely with Performance Marketing teams to translate strategic campaign objectives and performance insights into clear, actionable and inspiring creative briefs for the internal creative team Asset Management - Oversee the organization, tagging and distribution of final creative assets, ensuring correct specs and versioning for A/B testing and platform-specific requirements Knowledge, Skills Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field Experience in creative production, project management or operations - specifically within a digital marketing, performance marketing or agency environment. Demonstrable track record of managing the production of high-volume digital advertising assets (static, video and rich media) Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR) and the relationship between creative and campaign effectiveness Expert proficiency with project management tools (eg Smartsheets) and digital asset management (DAM) systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex production needs and creative feedback clearly and persuasively Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Proven expertise in QC and brand compliance Experience in integrating automation tools into the creative process Proficiency in analysis and reporting on output and cost efficiency Familiarity with creative software (eg Adobe Creative Suite) and Google Workspace LI-PL1 LI-Hybrid
