Ability to convey complex information clearly Experienced in team leadership and management. Strong concern for public welfare. Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacy Manager Dispense prescription medicines per regulations and contracts. Review GP orders, identify errors, and prepare medications (compounding, packaging, labelling) Supervise pharmacy technicians and manage pharmacy operations. Comply with NHS and GPhC regulations.
