In the Legal Secretary (Conveyancing) role, you will be: Providing full secretarial support to the conveyancing team, preparing legal documents and correspondence Handling audio typing and document formatting, managing diaries, appointments, and case files Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties Supporting the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion To be successful, you will need: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing Strong audio typing and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and organisation Confident communication skills and a professional manner with clients Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively This is a temporary long-term opportunity, working full-time hours and based in offices within the Llandudno area. Salary is dependent on experience, starting from £12.21 per hour.
