Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, read P&L statements, and learn to deliver exceptional customer service. You will learn communication, influence, sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management skills, enabling you to build long-lasting relationships with customers and business partners. You will also learn to mentor and manage staff, with opportunities for pay increases and promotions.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
* You must hold a full manual UK or EU driving license; accommodations are made for applicants with disabilities.
* No recent drug or alcohol-related offenses on your driving record.
