A respected and busy South Coast practice is looking for an experienced senior commercial property lawyer to join their team on a 12-month locum basis from the end of June. This is a hands-on fee-earning role at a firm with a strong regional reputation, offering plenty of quality work and an established support structure.
You'll be stepping into a well-functioning team and will be expected to hit the ground running, managing your own caseload from day one.
The role
* Managing a varied commercial property caseload independently
* Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, and related transactional work
* Advising business and investor clients across a range of sectors
* Working alongside the existing property team on larger matters
* Contributing to client relationships and service continuity throughout the contract
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with significant commercial property PQE
* Strong technical knowledge across the full range of commercial property transactions
* Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
* A professional and collaborative approach, this is a close-knit team
* Available from end of June and committed for the duration of the contract
