We are working with a mainstream primary school in Sittingbourne, Kent, who is looking for a teaching assistant to join their welcoming team and work in a Year 6 class. The school prides itself on creating a love for learning where every child can thrive and achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will be employed on a long-term basis, working 5 days per week until the end of the academic year (at least).
Location
* Located in Sittingbourne (ME10 postcode area)
Role and Responsibilities
* Supportive and collaborative leadership team
* Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
* Work in a Year 6 class with a friendly teacher
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and structured activities
* Pay rate: £101 – £120 per day, with weekly pay
Requirements
* Must have an enhanced DBS (or willingness to process a new one)
* Experience working in education / in schools / with children is essential
* Passion for working in schools and helping all children achieve their full potential
* Ability to commit to a full-time role working 5 days per week
Start Date and Application
