Salary:£50,000+ based on experience (also includes car allowance)

Direct Reports:3 (covering Iceland and Co-Op accounts)

You’ll lead a team of three, driving performance, collaboration and continuous improvement across the supply chain. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver unbeatable service and availability.
To manage and lead the customer supply chain to ensure great service to our customers each day with specific focus on supply chain partners & Branded Customers. To ensure internal end to end engagement, external customer and supplier engagement and especially for seasonal service and business budget requirements.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Leading and developing a high-performing team of three direct reports
* Managing end-to-end supply chain operations for Iceland and Co-Op
* Collaborating with supply chain partners to optimise service levels and cost efficiency
* Driving forecast accuracy, stock availability and on-shelf presence
* Supporting Joint Business Plans and promotional execution
* Championing Warburtons’ values and embedding best-in-class supply chain practices
* Leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
* Showcasing our “Best in Class” credentials, as recognised in the latest Advantage Survey
* Proven experience in customer supply chain management, ideally within FMCG
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
* Experience working with 3PPLs and/or major UK retailers is a plus
