Home Manager - Dementia Care (Residential Home) Location: Oxfordshire area Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday Contract: Permanent Service Size: Up to 26 residents About the Service A well-established residential care home providing specialist dementia and end-of-life care for up to 26 residents. The home offers a warm, person-centred environment where independence, dignity, and emotional well-being are prioritised. The service supports adults with a range of needs, including dementia at all stages, older person care, physical disabilities, and complex health conditions. It maintains close links with local health professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care. Care Services Include Residential and dementia care Mild, moderate, and advanced dementia Parkinson's disease and stroke care Palliative / end-of-life and convalescent care Respite and day care options The Role We are seeking an experienced Home Manager with strong dementia care expertise to lead a dedicated team and uphold the high standards of this respected service. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, compliance, team management, and ensuring that care delivery remains compassionate, safe, and person-centred. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a skilled care team to deliver outstanding dementia care. Maintain full CQC compliance and uphold quality standards. Manage staffing, budgets, and operational performance. Ensure effective care planning, risk management, and best practice. About You Proven experience managing a residential or dementia care service. Deep understanding of dementia care and person-centred support. Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding. NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards). Working Pattern 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (flexibility for service needs). Supported by a committed and experienced care team.
