You will be used to planning and executing existing marketing plans, to support overall annual business objectives. You will also have innovated and introduced new multi-channel high performing marketing programs into businesses. You may now be looking to use those skills in a new environment in the growing healthcare sector.Support the implementation of HubSpot as our primary CRM tool to optimise our marketing automation opportunities.Help to develop and execute a CRM strategy focused on patient acquisition, retention, and treatment uptake.Build effective automated online customer journeys.Work across functions with multiple stakeholders.Help to drive a data-driven culture, setting clear KPIs and performance benchmarks.Develop sophisticated audience segments and targeting.Ensure 100% GDPR compliance and data hygiene.An ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.They will also have experience across multi-site networks, preferably in healthcare.
