Key Responsibilities: Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations across all outlets (banqueting, la carte, and functions). Take the lead in wedding and large event catering, ensuring smooth execution and consistency across multiple service points. Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and presentation. Contribute to menu development with a focus on seasonal, locally sourced produce. Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen administration. Ensure strict adherence to food safety and health regulations. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality hotel or banqueting environment. Extensive knowledge of C&B operations, especially weddings and events. Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to thrive under pressure. Passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience through outstanding food.
