Salary: £55,757.62 - £59,823.28
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 39hrs
We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team at HMP Lewes, a CATEGORY B & Adult Male prison.

HMP Lewes operates like a self-contained town, requiring hundreds of staff to keep it functioning. As part of the Facilities Maintenance Team, we are committed to ensuring smooth and safe operations, impacting prisoners, staff, visitors, families, and the wider community.
As a Site Total Facilities Manager, you will work alongside experienced colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment.

We are a Ministry Of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS and are looking for a Site Manager with experience in:
1. Facilities management
2. Managing budgets
3. Managing staff
4. Operating in a Prison or Military environment (desirable)
5. Completed a recognised apprenticeship in a facilities/building services trade or have two years of recognised experience
6. IOSH Qualification (desirable)
7. Good Health & Safety knowledge
8. Excellent organisational, time management, and people skills
