The Role
We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie. You will be reporting directly to the Head Chef and have the ability to lead some shifts in theirs or the Sous Chef's absence. You will be responsible for assisting in developing the skills and knowledge of junior kitchen staff and leading the pass when on shift.
The ideal candidate will already be a Chef de Partie ideally within a hotel environment, but extensive experience in a restaurant and banqueting environment working with fresh produce will be considered.
You will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic with a passion
for hospitality and be able to work in a team and also independently.
Our hotels and conference centres are busy establishments, therefore this is very much a hands on role.
