The Role
This role gives a passionate KS1 ECT the opportunity to take full responsibility for a Year 2 class in a supportive and forward-thinking school. You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons that build confidence, independence, and progress. With strong year-group planning and a shared approach to curriculum delivery, you’ll never feel like you’re working alone.

The Candidate
The school is seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS1 ECT who is eager to grow and make a positive difference in the classroom.

You should have:
• A degree in Education or a relevant subject area
• QTS or be working towards achieving it by January 2026
• A secure understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A collaborative approach and a desire to learn and develop
